Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver

By using our Services, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, and not by a jury trial or class action.

Exceptions:

• Small claims within jurisdictional limits
• Claims related to intellectual property
• Cases where arbitration is not permitted by law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Legal actions not subject to arbitration must be filed in Prince William County, VA.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
